IBPS Victim Students Group Ranchi Peaceful protest/Meet at Zonal office Bank of India & State level banking committee dated 13.01.14.
Dear Friends,
Yesterday we have visited zonal office Bank of India, & State level banking committee for 2nd round meet & discussions :-
(A) At Bank of India zonal office we met the ZONAL INCHARGE & further discussed about the issues put up in the earlier meet i.e on 11.01.14. We told him that in the 1st allotment the vacancies provided to PO2 process was of financial year 2012-13 & in the 2nd allotment the seats provided were backlog of last year & unjoined of 1st allotment, so what about the vacancies which were generated from april 2013 to till now, as the validity of score card of PO2 process is till 31st march 2014 & the seats are going to be passed on to PO3 process. Partcularly i stressed on the vacancy of Bank of India for the said time period. Apart from this We told him that in the interview score card it was mentioned that the ‘you are eligible for the further process’ & the candidature will be cancelled only on the grounds of unproper documents etc.
He answered regading the no vacancies that he called his head office & yet his bank recruitment board do not have the final figures of vacancy from the mentioned time frame, but he will try his best to get the details to provide us (on the basis of which writ can be filed to put stay order on PO3 allotment process). Regarding the 2nd point he said that if it is written like that in the score card then definitly the candidates should be alloted & for this he is ready to fight for us with his head office & will thrash IBPS for this. The only thing which he demanded for this was the consolidated interview score card of 3 to 4 candidates to get a base for fight which we provided to him the same day visiting again.
(B) At State level banking committee Eastern circle office we had a meet with assistant incharge who was authorized this time for conducting the interview of PO3 process & he listened to all the problems & talked to his superior in front of us & assured to support us in the best way he could.
Both the authories took the documents (containing the issues & complaints on our letter head of IBPS VICTIM STUDENTS GROUP) & provided the receiving copy.
Other issues were discussed too & we will further visit both the offices on 16th or 17th jan after calling the respective persons. Further we will also meet the Allahabad & PNB zonal heads to put up our issues. Media coverage was there i.e ETV & hindustan times. In todays hidustan times the matter is published. Protest documents/press release of today will be posted soon.
