imp point in protest and press and media.

MAY BE FOLLOWING POINTS WILL BE HELPFUL at PRESS CONFERENCE:-
(1) When already there is a pool of qualified candidates, why recruit from new process?? Is IBPS is only a profit making trust to make profit??

(2) Why IBPS is organizing PO III round for recruitment in the year 2013-14 for which allotment will be in March 2014, and if POII score card is valid till March 2014 and as stated by IBPS that additional vacancies till March 2014 will be fulfilled by PO II candidates only then How IBPS can allot same Vacancies to PO II and PO III simultaneously??

(3) Mr. Finance Minister said “8000” more Bank branches to be opened this financial year and approx. 50,000 people will be recruited (http://news.oneindia.in/2013/07/03/focus-on-topdefaulters-chidambaram-1251153.html) then why IBPS and Banks are not choosing from the remaining Passed Candidates??

(4) If there are no additional vacancies then why are banks like IOB, Andhra bank and BOB hiring individually this financial year itself?? Why banks are willingly hiding vacancies even though they can hire each passed candidate from PO II because there is a huge retirement in this current financial year??

(5) As per RTI reply from several banks there are many vacant positions are available, then why only 10 banks participated in the 3rd round of allotment??

  1. there can be one more point.. that if the vacancies came in 2nd n 3rd allotment are only unjoined vacancies then why there is a exact distribution of vacancies among various categories. I mean as per various rti's unjoined vacancies of general is more then other category people...

  2. as per the rules of GOI.. that the category candidates satisfying the conditions of UR category will be adjusted in UR category...but from the beginning ibps has mentioned in its notification that there will be 1/4the deviation for UR candidate and 3/4th deviation for sc/st/obc. then how they can be adjusted in UR category. as they are not satisfying the conditions for UR category....
