LEGAL CASE AGAINST IBPS BY ‘IBPS VICTIM STUDENTS GROUP RANCHI’ ----------->
Dear All,
This is to inform you that IBPS VICTIM STUDENTS GROUP Ranchi (Jharkhand) process regarding filing of case against IBPS is almost complete & the case will be most probably filed on 6th or 7th of this month. All the necessary documents/evidences are already submitted to the respected Solicitor General of Jharkhand State Government, who will fight on behalf of us regarding the rights & career of PO2 process candidates. As per the Solicitor two options are available with us on which he will work with the best of his efforts & abilities. In the first option he will perform his level best to provide relief to the PO2 process candidates in the form of job, based on the strong grounds which he had worked upon. Further, in the second option i.e in the worst condition, in the future, if due to any complications the case becomes weak then he will raise those backup strong grounds so as to scrap the PO2 allotment process as a whole. The group is also in the process of getting the certified copies of the cases against IBPS which is running in other states, so as to get more strong grounds in the legal battle against IBPS.
