Manipal po program: a danger

Bank are starting taking students for manipal po program.Intially ICICI bank has started that program.after that Kotak mahindra and Axis has started that program.now Psu has also join hand with manipal for this program.Banks like BOB,andhra,Pnb has stared this program.know from this year IOB also started this program.we are not against this bank  manipal po program but the problem is that banks are started takig seperate test for this and are not taking ibps waitlist candidates.Last year andhra bank has taken the ibps waitlist candidates but this year BOB and IOb has taken a seperate test for this.This is not fair with the waiting list candidates.So some step has been taken so that these banks can only take ibps waitlist candidates for this program, otherwise every bank has started this program for earning more money................comments........
