ibps has conducted test,made meritlist,done allotment now it is the responsibility of banks to come with vaccanies and give allotment to every waiting candidate and carryforward the reserved vaccant seats if any to po3 according to reservation policy and govt guidelines.but instead of creating 20 k seats and giving allotment to every waiting candidate banks are saying that they do not has vaccanies for po2, i.e. they do not need early manpower.they do next recruitment after march from po3 candidates.but the big question is why po3 not po2 .

can the best candidates has been recruited and less efficient and low candidates are left so they want more efficient candidates from po3 instead of po2 waiting candidates than my anwer is simply no..........they are getting the candidates equally efficient and capable to po2 alloted canddates or po3 candidates,the candidates has very high score in all the categories even they are getting the candidates more scoring than po2 2nd list in which the last candidate of meritlist with 41.88 score get allotment.so these scores of 60 + in general,57 + in obc and 54+ in sc are excellent .i feel candidate scred more than 45 + deserve the allotment whichever category he or she belongs to,200 percent better than some of current workers of banks.i give u very good example when i was working with icici bank.i told two thinks during my training:

first is customer is king.second is

do not under estimate any customer on behalf of his dress,age,culture etc.but i was surprised the incident done in one of the top psus.one of our old age customer of icici bank come to me and said thakur i want to open ac in ------ bank,but there is a madam siting there said that it is a govt policy that one person has only ac,so u have ac in icici bank we cannot open ur ac.actually he is very rich person,his sons are in america but he is 5th pass and he wears a simple dress.i was surprised when he told me this.i go to that psu and talk to that lady......beside opening ac of that customer her answer was i am not interested in opening such a small ac and why u r sending ur useless customers to our bank.my answer is he is hni(high networth individual) customer of our bank having huge remitances from foreign.customer is king.ur bank branch is near his home so he want to open a ac there.

according to information huge vaccanies are vaccant in psus.why they are not filing these vacant seats.the reason is npa or they think that there work is completed with less workers so why to recruit more and pay more.it is very surprising that last list come in 30th july so that it is possible that in last 5 months no vaccany has been created and no vaccany in next 3months up to 31st march2013 . and after 31st march 15-25k vaccanies has been vaccant suddenely.clearly they are making fool of candidates.  

they are also saying that govt pressure is there on them....................
